Gold Coasters are invited to feast at Ramada Hotel Hope Harbour this Easter with two culinary events being presented by Executive Chef Oliver Cortez.

On Good Friday, diners can enjoy a sumptuous seafood buffet, complete with Moreton Bay bugs, Pacific oysters, spanner crabs and salmon sashimi, as well as hot selections and an indulgent array of desserts.

If Sunday lunch is more your thing, Ramada Hope Harbour’s Easter Sunday brunch will feature a spread of fresh local produce, including antipasto, poached tiger prawns, assorted barbecue meats and a candy dessert bar, while the kids will be treated to an Easter egg hunt around the property.

Tucked away on the tranquil waterways of Hope Island, Ramada Hotel Hope Harbour hosts regular events for visitors and Gold Coast locals, including live music on Fridays and Sundays.

Ramada Hotel Hope Harbour’s Good Friday seafood buffet starts at 12 noon on March 30 and is $75 for adults and $35 for children aged five to 12.

The Easter Sunday brunch kicks off at 12 noon on April 1 and is $65 for adults and $30 for kids aged five to 12. Kids aged four and under are free at both events.
