I joined the industry in mid-90 after I graduated from University of Hawaii, Manoa, major in Travel Industry Management

I like challenges and my job provides me lots of opportunities on this respect.
What’s one of the biggest achievements of your career so far?
Each year I set goals for myself and my achievements so far is to get them done.
What’s the best advice ever given to you and who gave it?
“The best way of learning about anything is by doing” by Richard Branson. I work with hands-on and this makes everyday fun.
Who do you admire and see as a role model in the industry?
Richard Branson inspires me with his quotes and his attitude on taking things differently from others.
What can people expect from your company and what sets it apart from the rest?
Regal is a fast-changing group, the company set vision and we set goals to deliver. Our group is restless with lots of opportunities for people who enjoy challenges.
What destinations are on your travel bucket list?
The Silk Road
What’s a memorable travel experience you’ve had (good or bad)?
I have visited Mount Jiuhua, one of the four sacred mountain of Buddhism. The whole experience was amazing.

My phone, my Fitbit watch and credit card
What direction do you see the industry heading in over the next five to ten years?
In next 5 to 10 years, we expect a major change on travellers’ trend & habit. We believe the Millennials are going to change the world of travel. Personalized travel, having information via apps, sharing moments with social media, etc. I trust we have to start planning ahead in order to capture the most in the forthcoming changes.
